Awarded a Michelin star in Spring 2023, The Tudor Pass signature tasting experience, presented by Alex Payne and his team, offers a sensational tasting journey and an evening to remember. Alex has worked for several renowned chefs including Heston Blumenthal and Gordon Ramsay & expresses his passion for food through his enthusiasm, creativity and theatre. The team explains & serves many of the dishes directly to diners to bring some of the excitement and theatre of the pass into the restaurant and the aim is to create lasting memories for our guests.
